2020年國際暑期學校招生簡章

2019年8月🌾，EON体育4高等教育研究院與荷蘭烏得勒支大學在荷蘭合作舉辦了國際暑期學校👰🏽‍♂️，吸引了來自劍橋大學👨🏿‍⚖️、牛津大學、德國哥廷根大學😜、比利時魯汶大學、丹麥奧胡斯大學、俄羅斯國家研究型高等經濟大學、荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學等知名高校及研究所的師生參與，並收到積極反饋。

2020年兩校繼續開展合作👣，將於7月在EON体育4閔行校區舉辦國際暑期學校，主題為“一帶一路：聯結歐亞的高校與學子”💆🏽。本次暑期學校依托國際合作研究課題“新絲綢之路與高等教育全球化”，是該課題在人才培養領域的延伸和成果。通過參與此次暑期學校，參與者能夠加深對世界高等教育重大變革的理解🍟🫕，將自己的科研活動置於國際競爭與合作的歷史背景和社會環境中，進一步拓寬自身全球視野👊🏽🎰、提升跨文化成熟度🧑‍🤝‍🧑。

內容簡介

近年來美英等國就多邊貿易與合作關系進行了重新談判⚈👨🏽‍🌾，國際關系由此發生變動👮🏿；與此同時🌧，中國發起的“一帶一路”倡議也將影響亞歐大陸主要地區。此次暑期學校將基於現有的“一帶一路”國際研究項目，探討不斷變化的國際關系“一帶一路”倡議如何影響亞歐的高等教育合作，以及新國際局勢正如何影響學術合作以及會為大學、研究者和學生提供哪些潛在機遇👨🏻‍🦽。具體探討問題包括：

• 目前與“一帶一路”相關的學術交流和合作活動有哪些？

• 在這些學術交流和合作活動中👉，學生的體驗與感受如何🤽🏻‍♀️？大學對此作何回應？

• 這些學術交流和合作活動是在怎樣的法律、法規或機製下進行的🌀？誰是這些法律、法規或機製的定義者？

• 如何看待全球化👩🏿‍🔧？什麽樣的價值觀支撐著中國和西方的大學追求自己的使命✡︎？他們之間的合作又將如何為社會的進一步開放以及全球共同利益作貢獻💐？

授課專家

高教院2020暑期學校將邀請教育學、國際關系、經濟學🕡、法學🏇🏼、歷史學等不同學科領域的專家組成授課團隊👼🏿，從多元學科視角分析“一帶一路”對沿線國家社會及高等教育的影響，也將吸引不同學科背景的學生參與。“一帶一路”國際研究項目團隊中的國際高等教育學者和中國研究者（高教院三位教師）將展示自己的研究👳🏻，呈現基於證據的觀點👂🏿。

舉辦形式

本屆暑期學校將采取課程、專家講座👰🏽、研討會🧑🏽‍🦱、工作坊⚖️、文化采風等多種形式的教學方式💓，學生專家將有機會進行近距離的溝通與交流；國際學生有機會深入了解EON体育4以及高教院🫲🏿。

本屆國際暑期學校面向海內外招收學員。歡迎來自相關領域（教育學、法律、經濟學🌝、文化研究等）的研究生和研究人員報名😚。

Theme

The New Silk Road: Connecting Students and Universities from China and Europe.

Program Overview

International relations are shifting as multilateral trade and cooperation are being renegotiated between countries, such as the US and the UK, and trade blocks. Meanwhile, China is launching the New Silk Road, or One Belt One Road Initiative, that could potentially span and integrate major parts of the world across Eurasia. Based on the international research project on the New Silk Road, this course will explore how these changing relationships are affecting academic cooperation and what opportunities this opens for universities, students, and researchers.

This course is essential for students and scholars from China, Europe, and beyond, to enhance their understanding of the major shifts underway in global higher education and to provide a basis for building joint perspectives on future directions for international collaboration. Mutual exchange of views and experiences from lecturers and participants will allow to compare perceptions, and to deepen the comprehension of missions, values, aims, and strategies. Participants will actively contribute by presenting their own research (plans) in this area, which will be discussed in small groups led by senior scholars.

About Faculty (To be further announced)

Lecturers for this summer school will be drawn from the interdisciplinary team of high-level scholars engaged in the international research project on the New Silk Road, as well as other invited experts in the field.

Graduate students (advanced/research masters and PhD) and active researchers from relevant fields, such as social sciences, law, economics, and cultural studies.
